All sales are final. Fichier Caché does not accept returns or exchanges.
In the event that items are damaged upon arrival (water damage or physical damage) a request for an exchange can be made for replacement items within 5 business days after arrival. Shipping costs for exchanging damaged items for new items will be covered by FC. Damaged items cannot be refunded or credited to an account. Damaged items can only be exchanged for replacement items.

Although availability may be indicated on the site, we cannot guarantee product availability and products, therefore, may not be available for immediate delivery. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice, to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.
Shipping and Delivery
Purchased items will be shipped within 10 business days of placing an order, although most will be shipped within 3 to 4 days. Please allow 5 business days for a package to arrive, once you receive a shipping confirmation from us.
Shipping costs for orders within Tunisia are to be paid in CASH upon delivery. An Aramex delivery driver will contact you via phone to arrange a time to deliver your package. Aramex requests that you have exact change in cash to purchase your items. Please be sure to answer your phone to prevent your package from being sent back to FC. We are not liable for orders destined to arrive at Tunisian addresses that are not successfully delivered due to negligence on the customer’s behalf.
